To make a delicious purée, add your chopped fruit or veg to the main unit then gradually begin to turn the handle. The roller will begin to grind your ingredients, while the spout directs them straight into a bowl or pan. It also includes a sturdy plastic pusher, so you never have to put your fingers near the grinding mechanism.
